Hindi Song | Don - The Chase Begins Again (2006)

The wait is over boyz n galz!! Don is here!! I guess the release of its soundtracks was as much anticipated as the movie itself is.

After all the 'charche' about this film, I don't think there are many who don't know the casts and crew of DON. In case there are still some unaware, which is very unusual, I'll just say it. Don - The Chase Begins Again is a remake of the classic 1978 movie that starred Amitabh Bachchan as the Don. This time around Shahrukh Khan is the Don, and the rest of the gang includes Priyanka Chopra, Isha Koppikar, Arjun Rampal, Kareena Kapoor, Boman Irani and Sushma Reddy. The new Don is directed by Farhan Akhtar.

The trio gang Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy have directed the music of DON. They have brought back two of the songs from the 1978 Don to life; Khaike Pan Banaras Waala and Yeh Mera Dil. The new Khaike Pan Banaras Waala is sung by SRK himself, however none of the songs have that vibe the originals have/had. That's just my opinion. Ladies and gentlemen, the wait is over!! Here is the music of the highly anticipated movie Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna. This is a star-packed movie, featuring everyone's favorite Shahrukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan, the gorgeos Rani Mukherjee and Preity Zinta. I've personally been waiting for Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna's music release so eagerly just as I am waiting for the movie release.

Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna is directed by Karan Johar and the music is by Shankar Ehsaan Loy. To be honest, I am a little disappointed at the quality of music for such a big budget and star packed movie. Hindi Song | Salaam-E-Ishq (2006)

Salaam-E-Ishq is a star packed (six couples. twelve lives.) directed by the man who brought us one of most loved movies of 2003, Kal Ho Na Ho, the one and only Nikhil Advani. It's his second film so far, and from all it's star power, you can only guess that Salaam-E-Ishq is going to do very well in the box-office. But how good a movie it is, is yet to be seen. The cast of SEI includes Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Vidya Balan, John Abraham, Akshaye Khanna, Anil Kapoor, Ayesha Takia, Juhi Chawla, Govinda, Isha Koppikar, Shannon Esrechowitz, Sohail Khan, Karan Johar (!?) and Anjana Sukhani. Wow!

The music of this film is given by the guys who rocked the world with Don's music earlier this, Shankar Ehsaan Loy. The music is great, very playful and as usual they will rock ya! Enjoy!

There's so many requests for Lakshya that I had to get this up. So here it is. It's a film by Farhan Akhtar of Dil Chahta Hai and Don fame, starring Hrithik Roshan, Preity Zinta, Sharad Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, and Amrish Puri in major roles. I'm a great admirer of this talented director. I've seen Lakshya but don't remember much, but I'm sure it's a great film.

Hindi Song | Dil Chahta Hai (2001)

I love everything about Dil Chahta Hai! The music, the cast, the story, script, and everything else in this movie (except a couple maybe). I have watched this movie more than 10 times since it was first released, and everytime I watch it, it feels like it's the first I'm watching it.

Dil Chahta Hai's casts include Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Akshaye Khanna, and the pretty Preity Zinta. I think Aamir and Saif play the most interesting characters of the movie. They are funny, they are bold and most importantly their characters seem so real. I think this movie has something for everyone. You gotta watch this, if you havn't yet. It is directed by Farhan Akhtar, and the music is given by the one and only AR Rahman Shankar Ehsaan Loy (thanks to Anon for correcting me). The songs are great, but you would enjoy them much more if you were listening to them while watching the movie, or at least knowing in what context the songs are sung in the movie. Hindi Song | Kal Ho Naa Ho (2003)

Directed by Nikkil Advani and starring Saif Ali Khan, Shahrukh Khan and Preity Zinta, Kal Ho Naa Ho is/was one of the best movies of 2003 (can't believe it's already been 3 years since it's release), and one of my favorite. I specially like Saif's performance in this movie; compare it with his performance in Dil Chahta Hai and you will see how much he has grown as an actor, and I'm sure as a person as well.

Music of Kal Ho Naa Ho is directed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy who have created the most catchy songs ever. Love the songs. Btw, this album was requested by Tuba through email. Enjoy the songs Tuba!
